Erosion & Sediment Control

As required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) must be prepared for most construction projects in excess of one acre in size. 

 

In the state of Indiana, a Notice of Intent (NOI) and SWPPP are required under “Rule 5” (327 IAC 15-5) as administered by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). 

 

Since the initial roll-out of this Rule, over 20 years ago, Earth Source has prepared and submitted numerous plans, per IDEM guidelines, for necessary local and state approvals.
