Planning
Careful consideration of the entire site, as well as the surrounding community, serve as guidelines for Earth Source in developing creative and environmentally sensitive site design solutions.

Early identification and incorporation of existing site features is a significant consideration in this design process. Existing features, including woodlands and topography, play a key role in determining and preserving views.
Drainage corridors may provide needed site drainage, while existing wetlands and depressions may be incorporated to minimize stormwater runoff. Prime farmland areas may be incorporated into community spaces, while preserving views within the community.
Projects include residential communities, commercial and industrial sites, health care and senior living communities as well as churches and libraries.
From the initial site investigation, to preliminary design, through local approvals and final design, the entire process is driven by the site and within the context of the client’s goals.
